DIY: Body & Face Scrub | Tee-se-itse: Vartalon ja kasvojen kuorintavoide

I have always been interested in natural beauty and especially beauty treatments
that I can do from the sketch by myself, from ingredients straight from the kitchen.

And here's one of those beauty treatments:
you need only a little bit of coconut oil and caster sugar mixed together
(it only takes few seconds to mix with a spoon)
 and you get a gentle scrub that you can put
 all over you; both body and face. 

I absolutely LOVE this DIY scrub because it's so gentle but also
active and effective so it makes your skin peeled and incredibly soft.

So it's perfect especially for my atopic, sensitive and dry skin
-and works for every other skin type too.

Luonnollinen kauneudenhoito on aina ollut lähellä sydäntäni ja erityisesti
mua on kiinnostanut kauneushoidot, jotka voin tehdä alusta saakka itse,
 niillä ainesosilla, joita keitttiöstä löytyy.

Ja tässäpä yksi niistä suosimistani kauneushoidoista:
tarvitset vain hitusen kookosöljyä, johon miksaat hienosokeria
(sekoita vaikkapa lusikalla ihan muutama sekuntti)

ja tadaa; vartalon ja kasvojen kuorintavoide on valmis. 

Moon suorastaan rakastunut tähän tee-se-itse kuorintavoiteeseen
sillä paitsi, että se on hellävarainen niin se on myös ihoa aktivoiva ja tehokas
tehden ihosta kuoritun ja samalla ihan uskomattoman pehmeän. 

Joten ihan täydellinen tälläiselle atoopikolle, jonka iho on herkkä,
kuiva ja herkästi reagoiva. Mutta toimii myös muillakin ihotyypeillä.
