What to wear: New Year's Eve

Here's some style inspiration for the New Year's Eve;

A classic little black dress with some twist in it -it's black but it
sparkles in gold. So lovely dress that I wore on Christmas and you

can even find a video -where you can see the sparkles- of it HERE 😍 

And you just can't go wrong with a jumpsuit. If you feel playful, you can always put a
tulle skirt on and combine it with an off-shoulder knit. One of my favourite combinations

is combining a simple t-shirt with a sequin skirt. And last but not least there's
this fabulous sequin dress.

Klassinen pikkumusta pienellä twistillä varustettuna eli musta mekko,

joka kimaltelee kultaisena. Aivan ihana mekko siis, joka mullakin oli päällä

Be in love with your everyday life | Rakastu arkeesi

Hey there lovelies and wonderful Monday! ♡

I'm so grateful for where I am today; in a point where I feel so thankful for life
and the best things aren't the holidays or weekends -the very best thing is everyday life.

It took me time to get here and most importantly to realize that life happens now

-not only on the weekends or holidays. Life is now and we don't have any
promise than the present.

Saturday Sweetly Home: Christmas Edition

Oh, how I LOVE this time of the year. There's just something really magical
about Christmas time... maybe it's the atmosphere, the loving vibes you get everywhere
or all the Christmasness. But I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the Christmas time so I 

figured out that it's time to do the "Saturday Sweetly Home" theme day
based completely on the Christmas Edition. 

This year, we are also hosting Christmas dinner at our lovely home so I figured out that besides all the Christmas decoration ideas, I will be also sharing some of my fave table settings too.

So, let's begin!

Voi miten paljon rakastankaan tätä aikaa vuodesta. Jouluilussa on jotain kovin maagista...

kenties se johtuu ilmapiiristä, rakastavista viboista, joita saa kaikkialta tai ylipäätänsä

kaikesta jouluilusta. Mutta oli miten oli, mä R-A-K-A-S-T-A-N jouluaikaa, joten 

mitenkäs olisi tämän "Saturday Sweetly Home"-teemapäivän pyhittäminen tänään

inspiroitumisesta joulutunnelmoinnille.

Tänä jouluna vietämme myös ihkaensimmäisen joulun uudessa kodissa ja 

myös kestitämme jouluruokailut ja "koko hela hoidon" eli sen lisäksi, että

tässä postauksessa sisustus virittäytyy joulutunnelmaan, niin tuumailin, että

jakaisin lemppari pöytäasetelmani joulua ajatellen. 

Eiköhän aloiteta!

To me, Christmas is all about the loving atmosphere so a lot of lights and candles works the best
for me. It really is the little things that make the big difference: beautiful yet simple
centrepieces like for example those cones with lights in a simple vase and that
branch with all the baubles.

Mulle joulu on ennen kaikkea rakastavaa ja lämmintä tunnelmaa, joka toteutuu
valojen ja kynttilöiden muodossa. Ne on ne pienet asiat, jotka tekevät suuren eron:

kuten vaikkapa käpyjä kera valojen lasimaljakossa tai vaikkapa tuo kaunis
oksa, jossa roikkuu joulupalloja. 

 And when it comes to the Christmas table setting, I love all things natural

-like wood on the table or fresh leafs. And when it comes to colours, I prefer gold, red and green.

I also love the seated all named by guests. I also love centrepieces like a champagne class
upside down with something inside it and on the outside a candle. 

Ja mitä tulee jouluiseen pöytäkattaukseen, niin rakastan kaikkea luonnollista

-kuten vaikkapa puuta ja tuoreita havunoksia. Mitä väreihin tulee, niin suosin itse
kultaista, punaista ja vihreää. Musta on myös tärkeää, että vieraille on paikat merkitty.

Myös yksityiskohdat ovat tärkeässä roolissa eli vaikkapa shampanjalasi
saa uuden elämän, kun sen kääntää ylösalaisin ja laittaa sisälle koristeita (lehtiä, joulupalloja)

ja yläosaan sitten kynttilän. Niin simppeliä mutta luo huolitellun vaikutelman!
