Kyvystä heittäytyä ja rohkeudesta elää itsesi näköistä elämää

Short translation:

This post is about thinking why we, adults, often take life too seriously.
Where goes that ability to have the courage to take the risk;
ability to throw oneself to different situations?

Do we grow too fast?
Do we take life too seriously as a adults?
Or what is the reason why we often trust more to the logic
than we trust our feelings/gut?

"Be bold enough to use your voice,
brave enough to listen to your heart,
and strong enough to live the life
you've always imagined."

Tämä ajatus on kypsynyt sisälläni jo pitkään;
mikä saa meidät ottamaan elämän välillä ihan liian vakavasti?

Tähän ajatukseen heräsin muun muassa silloin, kun lapsellani oli
toiminnallinen kevätjuhla, jossa oli mukana myös tanssipaja.

Tanssipajan ideana oli tanssia kuin robotti tai keijukainen musiikin
tahtiin. Meitä vanhempiakin pyydettiin mukaan ja minä olin ainut,
joka tanssi ja heittäytyi mukaan. Loppusävelmiä kohden onneksi  muutama muukin
 aikuinen rohkeni tulla mukaan mutta suurin osa vain pällisteli pyöritellen silmiään. 

Havahduin kysymykseen miksi?
Sehän oli vain osa kevätjuhlan hulluttelua. Osa päivää, jota lapset olivat odottaneet.
Miksi ottaa itsensä jopa niinkin vakavasti ettei enää uskalla edes heittäytyä lapsenlailla
eritoten tälläisessä tilaisuudessa? 

Mihin katoaa se heittäytyminen tilanteisiin?
Kyky alkaa juttelemaan tuntemattomalle?
Kyky lähteä tutustumaan uusiin lenkkipolkuihin?
Kyky pukeutua niin kuin itse haluaa välittämättä muiden mielipiteistä?
Kyvystä mennä rohkeasti vastavirtaan? Kyky luottaa enemmän tunteisiin kuin järkeen?

Onko se sitä, että ei uskalla katsoa mitä löytyy sen oman mukavuusalueen ulkopuolelta?
Sitä, että pelkää muiden reaktiota? Sitä, ettei uskalla kuunnella omaa ääntään?

Vai ihan jotain muuta?

"Ole tarpeeksi rohkea käyttääksesi ääntäsi,
ole tarpeeksi urhea kuunnellaksesi sydäntäsi,
ja ole tarpeeksi vahva elääksesi elämää,
jonka olet aina kuvitellut."

Toivottavasti sun viikonloppusi on ollut superihana

The one thing that has caught my eyes lately is
statement earrings. Those just looks so powerful and really make
any outfit look fabulous! 

Yksi asia, johon olen viime aikoina kiinnttänyt huomiota
on statement korvikset. Ne jos mikä on voimakas lisä asuun kuin asuun!

I also found an off-the-shoulder looks very interesting.
I own one piece of off-the-shoulder thing but haven't used it yet.

The reason is that I don't own that kind of bras...
What's your way to make this look work for if you need bras?

Yliolan-asut kiinnostavat myöskin ja omistankin yhden sellaisen puseron,
jota en ole vielä tullut käyttäneeksi. Syynä lähinnä se, etten omista

Searching the cut and sharing my hair heroines

I found myself as a lucky because I have had the same hairdresser over a decade now.

A hairdresser who I can trust so much that I've almost always give her full rein to
do whatever she thinks is the best. Because she knows
 -my haircut has always ended up perfectly in her skilled hands 😍

And tomorrow is time for a haircut with doing some blondeish highlights
-and of course talking to an old friend.

DIY: Body & Face Scrub | Tee-se-itse: Vartalon ja kasvojen kuorintavoide

I have always been interested in natural beauty and especially beauty treatments
that I can do from the sketch by myself, from ingredients straight from the kitchen.

And here's one of those beauty treatments:
you need only a little bit of coconut oil and caster sugar mixed together
(it only takes few seconds to mix with a spoon)
 and you get a gentle scrub that you can put
 all over you; both body and face. 

I absolutely LOVE this DIY scrub because it's so gentle but also
active and effective so it makes your skin peeled and incredibly soft.

So it's perfect especially for my atopic, sensitive and dry skin
-and works for every other skin type too.

Luonnollinen kauneudenhoito on aina ollut lähellä sydäntäni ja erityisesti
mua on kiinnostanut kauneushoidot, jotka voin tehdä alusta saakka itse,
 niillä ainesosilla, joita keitttiöstä löytyy.

Ja tässäpä yksi niistä suosimistani kauneushoidoista:
tarvitset vain hitusen kookosöljyä, johon miksaat hienosokeria
(sekoita vaikkapa lusikalla ihan muutama sekuntti)

ja tadaa; vartalon ja kasvojen kuorintavoide on valmis. 

Moon suorastaan rakastunut tähän tee-se-itse kuorintavoiteeseen
sillä paitsi, että se on hellävarainen niin se on myös ihoa aktivoiva ja tehokas
tehden ihosta kuoritun ja samalla ihan uskomattoman pehmeän. 

Joten ihan täydellinen tälläiselle atoopikolle, jonka iho on herkkä,
kuiva ja herkästi reagoiva. Mutta toimii myös muillakin ihotyypeillä.

How to wear: Cropped top for curvy figures | Käyttöohje cropatulle yläosalle, kun olet kurvikas

Hey there lovelies! ♡

If there's one trend I'm in love with right now it is a cropped top.
Someone might think that because I'm not anymore small-sized, I'm
breaking all the rules because you just can't wear cropped top as a curvy girl.

Well, I think that when it comes to style and fashion,
we all create our own style rules and there's no such thing than fashion rules
to be obsessive with. Because I think that we don't dress just our body,
we dress our whole personality.

So, this post is showing how fabulous a cropped top can look
-even when you aren't small-sized:

Yksi trendi on jo pidempään (ja nyt puhutaan jo vuosista) aiheuttanut mussa
sykähdyksen jos toisenkin: cropattu yläosa. Pidin siitä jo silloin, kun olin pienikokoisempi
mutta myös nyt useampaa vaatekokoa isompana. Joku saattaa murahdella tälle trendi-ihastukselleni
koska rikon jotain tyylisääntöä ollessani kurvikas ja silti toteuttaneekseni tätä trendiä.

Mutta omasta mielestäni, mitä tulee tyyliin ja muotiin, niin
me itse luomme omat tyylisääntömme jolloin ne jonkun muun sanelemat säännöt

eivät yksinkertaisesti päde. Sillä omasta mielestäni me emme pue

ainoastaan kroppaamme vaan myös ja ennenkaikkea sitä persoonaamme.

5 Life lessons I've learned in 27 years | 5 Elämänohjetta, jotka olen oppinut 27 vuodessa

Today I'm turning 27 years old and I feel so blessed and grateful ♡
Blessed to be exactly where I am now, surrounded by the people I love. 

Grateful for being alive and healthy, full of fight and zest for life.

And especially grateful for all the lessons life has taught me;
the way life has shaped me and my life,
 the way I've grown because of all the difficulties and moments of happiness.

So, this post is about those.
The  5 most important life lessons I've learned in 27 years: 

1.
No matter how hard or dark life is, you will find your way back to life.

 It's true when they say that life doesn't give you more than you can carry.
I've been through hells both mentally and physically (you can read my story HERE)
and I still think this way. Because life will carry you through everything, you just have to allow it.
 And remember, a negative mind will never give you a positive life.

2.

If you always think what other people would say, you wouldn't get anything done.

There's always someone who thinks otherwise. You are the only person who can decide hard
and easy decisions. And remember; you are the only one who needs to
live with those decisions. You are in charge of your life, not nobody else.
And nobody else doesn't know you better than you.

3.
When you truly love yourself, the whole world opens its doors for you. 
That's the key to success: to love yourself which means you believe in yourself,
you speak positive things about yourself and you treat yourself like your best friend.
Because you deserve only the best.

4.
Accept the apologies you never got. 
The moment I realized this one, life has got easier because
finally, I'm free. Free from those people who hurted me the most
even though I still carry those scars (you can read my story HERE where I
opened up about what thirteen years of being bullied did to me) with me.

5.
Kindness is free.
This is one of the most important life lessons you can learn;
always be kind to the world, to you, to people, to everything.
Because we rise by lifting others.

Tänään koittaa se päivä, jolloin täytän 27 vuotta ja mun tunnetila on erittäin siunattu ja kiitollinen ♡
Siunattu olo siitä, että moon juuri siellä missä pitääkin, ympäröitynä ihmisillä joita rakastan.
Kiitollinen siitä, että saan olla elossa ja terveenä, täynnä taistelutahtoa ja elämänhalua.

Eritoten mä olen kiitollinen niistä elämänohjeista, joita tämä elämä on opettanut mulle;
opetuksia, jotka ovat muovanneet mut juuri täksi ihmiseksi, joka tällä hetkellä olen
sekä kasvanut kaikkien niiden elämän taivaiden ja helveteiden mukana.

Joten, tämä postaus kertokoon niistä.
Tässä viisi tärkeintä elämänohjetta, jotka mä olen oppinut 27 vuodessa:

1.
Oli elämä miten rankkaa tai synkkää tahansa, sä löydät takaisin valoon.
Se todellakin on totta, kun sanotaan, että kukaan ei saa liikaa kannettavakseen.
Itse olen ilmiselvä todiste siitä; moon rämpinyt helvetistä toiseen  niin henkisesti
kuin fyysisestikin (lue mun tarinani TÄÄLTÄ) ja silti mä olen tuota mieltä.
Elämä kantaa kyllä, sun pitää vain luottaa siihen.
Sekä muistaa, että negatiivisuudella ei voi saada positiivista lopputulosta.

2.
Jos miettisit aina sitä, että mitä muut ovat mieltä niin et saisi tehdyksi mitään.
Aina löytyy joku, joka on toista mieltä. Joten tee itse omat päätöksesi tilanteessa
kuin tilanteessa sillä sä olet ainut ihminen, joka joutuu elämään niiden päätösten kanssa.
Sä olet vastuussa sun elämästä etkä voi sysätä sitä vastuuta muille.
Ja sä tunnet itsesi paremmin kuin kukaan muu.

3.
Kun rakastat itseäsi niin koko maailma avautuu sulle.
Siinä piileekin menestyksen salaisuus; kun rakastat itsäsi niin se tarkoittaa sitä,
että uskot itseesi, puhut itsestäsi positiiviseen sävyyn ja kohtelet itseäsi kuin parasta ystävääsi.
Koska sä ansaitset vain ja ainoastaan parasta.

4.
Hyväksy anteeksipyyntö, jota et koskaan saanut.
Siitä hetkestä, kun sisäistin tämän asian niin elämä helpottui suuresti;
harteilta putosi suuri paino ja vihdoinkin olin vapaa. Vapaa kaikesta siitä tuskasta,
joita he sysäsivät muhun vaikka edelleenkin kannan niitä arpia mukanani
(voit lukea TÄÄLTÄ mitä 13 vuoden kiusaamishelvetti teki mulle).
Silti olo on huojentunut hyväksymisen myötä.

5.
Hyväntahtoisuus on ilmaista. 
Tämä lienee kenties se tärkein elämänohje, jonka voit oppia;
ole aina hyväntahtoinen maailmalle, itsellesi, muille ihmisille ja kaikelle.
Sillä me noustaan auttamalla muita ylös.

Vacation Mode: Postcards | Lomamoodi: Postikortit

We are officially on a vacation mode and it feels so amazing! ♡

For a while, we have been here in my childhood landscapes
and just enjoyed the company of our loved ones.

And wow. What a wave of happiness moments.
 What a privilege it is to just relax and breathe without stress and pressure.

And those moments reminds us; 

what are the most important and unique things in life.
