#166 - Modern Classics: The Grey Sweatshirt

Like many others, I have a thing for sweatshirts. 
As a matter of fact, I have had this growing love affair with sweatshirts for almost a decade now. And that's the reason why my garderobe overflows sweatshirts. Literally. I don't know about you, but I've been calling them -including those ratty old sweatshirts- as a lux because they're so comfy and easy to style in a chic way. That's why I'm not surprised that sweatshirts are now at the head of trend league.

But even though my garderobe overflows sweatshirts, there's still something missing: a grey one.  And that's a hard one; I've been craving for it quite a while now and I still haven't found The One Sweatshirt. Audrey found The One, most of my blogger colleagues/fashion influencers/other fashionistas have found The One
and while I'm waiting The One and Only Grey Sweatshirt,
it's time to map the wrong ones {and maybe even flirt a little}:


Kuten moniin muihinkin, myös minuun on pesiytynyt collegepusero-fani.   Tai oikeammin tämä rakkaussuhteeni collegeihin alkoi jo lukion ensimmäisellä luokalla, jolloin lemppariasukokonaisuuteni oli Adidaksen oversize-college kera vartalonmyötäisen hameen {itseasiassa kyseiset vaatekappaleet löytyvät vieläkin garderobistani, ja varmasti palvelevat vielä seuraavankin vuosikymmenen aktiivisesta käytöstä huolimatta}. Lukion jälkeen rakkausuhteeni puhkesi täyteen loistoonsa, minkä vuoksi garderobini collegeita pursuaakin sillä niistä on muodostunut yksi garderobini perusaisteista
-ja jotain mitkä ovat jo tovin verran killuneet trendiaallon kärjessä.

Eräs yksilö tosin kruunaisi college-kokoelmani;  harmaa svetari {rakkaalla lapsella vaatekappaleella on monta nimeä}, ja sitä olenkin jo tovin verran kantanut himotuslistallani. Himojani eivät yhtään ainakaan hillitse blogeissa näkyvät yksilöt, jotka uhkuvat modenia klassikkuutta Breakfast at Tiffany's-leffan tyylioppien mukaan. Itse en ole vielä tavannut Sitä Oikeaa yksilöä, joten odotellessani Sitä Oikeaa lienee soveliasta katsella muitakin:
